With a 100-inch TV, fireplace, lounge seating, and wet bar, it’s ready for a fantasy draft night with friends, an after-hours team meeting, or a relaxed celebration. For a shower or larger gathering, The Loft connects directly to The Granary, allowing the event to flow between floors.

With seating for 40, a wet bar, and street-level access, it's well suited to showers, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and family celebrations. Imagine a graduation dinner around the tables, or a shower that flows upstairs into The Loft for more room to mingle.

Stone walls, a large bar, TVs, and high-top seating for up to 40 give The Cellars the feel of a private cellar bar. An adjoining outdoor area is in development, with plans for seating, lawn games, and a stage.

When the owners of Union Furniture, Travis and Maria Blankenship, took on Vitt’s Mill, they saw a piece of Union’s history worth preserving and a place with a future. They restored the 1859 grist mill with care, honoring its brick, stone, and timber while creating new spaces for the community to gather.
